	Real Estate Law The extensive experience in real estate law gained by the firm’s principal, Manuel Diner, allows the firm to offer legal representation in a wide variety of matters, including investment and development of commercial properties, residential and commercial closings, loan closings, commercial and shopping center leases and condominium development. As a member/agent of Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc., the largest title company in Florida, the firm has examined title to thousands of properties and issued title insurance policies on properties ranging from single family homes to large commercial properties valued in excess of 15 Million Dollars. The firm is also an approved closing agent for numerous lending institutions ranging from individual mortgage lenders to large institutional lenders and insurance companies. Business and Commercial Law The firm offers representation to business clients in selecting and forming business entities. In doing so, we first determine the client’s goals and specific needs. We then examine the various options available in detail with the client in order to make the optimum decision for the client. Accounting, tax and insurance issues are among those considered and, whenever possible, the client’s other professionals in these areas are consulted in order to best serve the client. When the client consists of more than one principal, consideration is given to shareholders’ or partnership agreements. Our motto is “Good contracts keep good friends and good business relations.” The firm also offers representation to clients that are starting, purchasing, or selling a business. Landlord/Tenant Law Having represented landlords for almost 30 years, the firm offers representation on matters relating to landlord/tenant law, including drafting and negotiating commercial and residential leases, landlord/tenant disputes, evictions and other legal actions for breach of lease, including actions for damages and distress actions. In the commercial arena, we have drafted and negotiated extensive leases for shopping centers, warehouses, offices and other commercial locations, on behalf of landlords, as well as tenants. We also offer our commercial landlord clients representation in the enforcement of leases, including actions for removal of tenant, actions for damages resulting from a breach of lease and actions for distress. To our clients who own apartment buildings and mobile home parks we also offer representation in actions for removal of tenant and actions to collect unpaid rent. Wills, Probate and Estate Administration The firm also provides representation to individual clients in drafting wills and trusts, as well as representation in probate and estate administration procedures.
