	Introduction The law firm of Manuel Diner, P.A. is located in Miami Lakes, Florida and extends its services throughout South Florida. The firm focuses on transactional legal matters dealing with real estate law, business and commercial law, landlord/tenant law and probate and estate administration. The firm also represents clients in litigation matters involving mortgage foreclosures and landlord/tenant disputes. Close Client Relations and Referrals Are the Key to Our Success The cornerstone of the firm’s success is the close relationship that we maintain with our clients, many of whom we have represented for more than 25 years! We also receive referrals from attorneys specializing in other areas of the law, accountants, and other professionals with whom we share close professional ties. Diverse Client Base The firm’s list of clients is truly international and includes banking and lending institutions, realtors, developers, investors, business entities, as well as individual sellers and purchasers. Our Staff The firm consists of one attorney (Manuel Diner) and several legal assistants. All are bi-lingual (English-Spanish), which facilitates communication with many of our Latin American clients.
